Smart Gujarat for New India Hackathon 2018

Among 13 Universities and 300 colleges of Gujarat, Marwadi University acquired the Third Position for the maximum number of teams qualifying for the Final round of Hackathon.

The Student Start-Up and Innovation Policy appreciated MU for motivating students to use their ideas and technical knowledge to solve civic problems for the country.

MU’s Gujarat Hackathon and India Hackathon geniuses presented their ideas to the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijaybhai Rupani.

Honourable Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Nitinbhai Patel and the Education Minister presented the award to MU in presence of the Chief Secretary and Academicians of Gujarat. Two teams from MU among a total of 12 were recognized by the Chief Minister.

This was indeed a big achievement for us and we’re proud that our students are making it big in the world wherein technology is used for the betterment of the society.
