5 days Lecture Series on Comparative Law by Prof. Sarah K. Harding. Professor Harding has been on the Chicago – Kent College of Law Faculty since 1995. She teaches a range of classes, including property, cultural heritage law, comparative law, and comparative constitutional law. In addition, she taught a legal theory class for many years. From 2008 to 2014, she was the Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development. Professor Harding has a B.A. from McGill University and holds law degrees from Dalhousie, Oxford (Rhodes Scholar) and Yale.
