The Finishing School team at Marwadi University draws the brightest talents from our faculty pool to provide the industry relevant skills for our students. They guide the students through various courses and suggest them the relevant courses as per their need, skills, and target. The team is readily available to solve the student’s queries at any time.

Five years ago, the Management of Marwadi Education Foundation MEF began considering the possibilities of setting up a Finishing School for IT/ITES that would essentially bridge the gap between academia and industry. This novel idea turned into reality after the grant of Rs. 50 Lakhs was approved from the Department of Science & Technology, Gujarat. Right from lab establishment, procurement of computer systems & other peripherals, formation of syllabus, reaching out to relevant industry for collaboration, only the bests have been considered. We, at the Finishing School for IT/ITES invite the youth of the region to get benefitted by associating themselves with it.‎

Active Involment in internal and external corporate events

Organizing career planning, guidance & soft skills training

Organizing student – level workshop/meet with corporates

Guest lectures and panel discussions by corporates

Allumni reach-out for student interactions

Enabling companies to present their pre-placement discussions & conduct tests

Updates the management regularly regarding the progress in training & placements

Responsible for organizing job fairs, exhibitions, on-campus & pff ca,[is droves which would in-turn help the students in their placements & internships

Communication, networking and relationship building with the potential recruiters

Conducting Conferences ( Marketing, HR & Finance)
