Process Designer | Simulation engineer: As Process and equipment designer, a chemical engineer will be using sophisticated software/s to design and simulate the processes and/or equipment
Research and Development: A Chemical engineer can find himself working in an R&D set up of an organization or a govt sponsored CSIR Labs as a research fellow or Research Scientist

Marwadi University in Rajkot stands at the forefront of this dynamic field, offering a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering that is supported by state-of- the-art laboratories and with most professors holding Ph.D. degrees earned from IITs and NITs, along with local, national and international collaborations of various sorts.
Our undergraduate students are grounded in the fundamental concepts of chemical engineering and basic sciences which prepare them for the development of chemical processes and products. Through various core courses and designed elective courses (Polymer, Nanotechnology, Petroleum, Food Tech., Fertilizer tech., Industrial pollution control, safety etc), they become well-rounded engineers, practice teamwork and develop the leadership skills required for an exciting career in a profession brimming with opportunity. As a graduate student, you may work to grapple with solutions to issues that are vitally important to society, industry and government.
