Marwadi University Centre of Innovation, Incubation and Research (MUIIR)

Overview

Marwadi University Centre of Innovation, Incubation and Research (MUIIR) has been incepted in 2017, and focuses on reinventing the conducive ecosystem for NextGen entrepreneurs through research, innovation, entrepreneurship and training. The MUIIR has more than 5000 sqfeet space, and 30 major equipment for prototyping facilities. The centre in collaboration with various government initiatives funded more than 350 lacs to more than 130 innovative ideas, and in turn for development of innovative prototypes required for industries and society. Few of these startups have already grown, and started to generate revenue by setting fully functional enterprises. More than 140 IPRs have also been filed, and many of them have been granted. MUIIR also closely works in the direction of Transfer of Technology (ToT), and few of the developed technologies have already been transferred to interested stakeholders.‎
