  • Assist the lead teacher or professor in delivering lessons by clarifying instructions, answering student questions, and facilitating small group discussions or activities.
  • Help with grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring timely evaluation of their work.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by addressing student behaviour, setting up equipment, and managing class resources.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional help with understanding course material, assignments, or concepts.
  • Handle administrative tasks like preparing instructional materials, managing attendance, and assisting with scheduling or organizing classroom logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between students and the lead instructor, helping address student concerns or questions and communicating important updates from the teacher.
