Dhruv Marwadi, Trustee of Marwadi University (MU) in Rajkot, firmly believes in the untapped potential of India’s heartland. Growing up in a tier 2 city, Dhruv has witnessed firsthand the aspirations of students often held back not by talent, but by lack of access. With over 65% of India living in tier 2, 3, and 4 cities and over 50% of the population under the age of 25, he sees this youth as the nation's heartbeat, buzzing with ideas, ambition, and hunger to build a better tomorrow.

At Marwadi University, he’s working to bridge the urban-rural divide by creating a world-class ecosystem in Saurashtra. Currently with students from over 54 countries, MU’s ecosystem offers industry-led learning, subject matter expert talks, global placement opportunities, semester study abroad programmes and robust support for student-led ventures. His vision is to make international education local so that students from small towns can become job creators, innovators, and leaders for all of the world.
