Career Options Counseling

Guiding students to choose their ideal career path: Job, Entrepreneurship, or Higher Studies.

We offer comprehensive career counselling, including sessions with advisors and career assessment tools like aptitude and personality tests. Students can attend workshops on various career paths, industry trends, and growth opportunities, along with personalised one-on-one counselling for tailored career guidance

Evaluation for Career Readiness

Assess students’ readiness for their chosen career path.

We conduct career readiness evaluations, including resume reviews and soft skills assessments, to prepare students for the job market. Goal-setting sessions help clarify both short- and long-term career aspirations. Aptitude tests assess critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, while communication skills—both verbal and written—are also evaluated.

Aptitude and Verbal Ability Training

Strengthen students’ logical reasoning, numerical ability, and communication skills.

We provide training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking, along with workshops on verbal and written communication, focusing on grammar, comprehension, and public speaking. Progress is measured through periodic evaluations, with access to online resources, mock tests, and practice materials.

We conduct mock assessments to evaluate students’ performance after initial training, followed by personalised feedback sessions to address areas of improvement and recommend further practice. We offer mock interview sessions covering technical, HR, and behavioral aspects to simulate real interview experiences. When is campus recruitment process starts?

The campus recruitment process is continuous, usually starts from the beginning of the last year of the education of student i.e. 7th Semester for UG Engineering, 5th Semester of Bachelors and 3rd semesters of Masters.

Which information is required from company’s end in the recruitment email?

We require following details from the company’s end:

  • Profile of the company
  • Job description
  • Job location
  • Recruitment Process
  • Package
  • Recruitment Conditions (if any)

What are the infrastructure facilities available?

The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure having Seminar and auditorium which can accommodate 500 and 850 students respectively for the pre-placement talks; Lab equipped with latest software, specious GD room, PI roomsand also computer systems for online interviews.

Can a company conduct recruitment processes off-campus?

Yes, it works on case-to-case basis.

Can we conduct the recruitment process virtually?

Yes, we can conduct entire recruitment process online.

Do you filter students who are interested in campus recruitment?

Yes, we do organize Placement orientation for all students, in which we inform the placement policy to students which comprises of details of the campus recruitment process and expectations of the industry from the freshers. Students gives their respective preferences i.e. looking for placement support / going for higher education / joining family business / preparing for government exams; those who choose placement support are given preferences of the campus placements.

What time of the year is the internship?

Summer internship is usually of 30 days to 45 days; please stay in touch with our team.

When can a student join a company once selected?

The joining process is given preference to company’s requirements and works on case-to-case.
