1. Ensuring Equal Access to Education
  • University Promote gender equality in admissions by ensuring equal access to higher education for all students, regardless of gender.
  • Support female students’ academic success by providing mentorship programs, scholarships, and networks specifically aimed at women in male-dominated fields.
2. Safe and Inclusive Campus
  • Implement policies and practices to prevent gender-based violence on campus, including sexual harassment and assault, and ensure that survivors have access to confidential support services.
  • Provide clear reporting mechanisms and support services for victims of harassment or violence, and ensure that perpetrators are held accountable.
3. Promoting Women in Leadership and Decision-Making
  • University Encourage women to take on leadership roles within university governance, including Deans, Associate Deans, Director Sports, etc and various academic departments, and administrative positions.
  • Support female faculty members through mentorship and career development opportunities to advance in academia and leadership positions.
  • Appointed female representation in university Board of Management, Board of Governance and in Academic Council, ensuring that decision-making bodies reflect gender diversity.
4. Gender-Sensitive Campus Policies
