Overview

This five-year B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.) integrated programme equips students with a dual degree in Commerce and Law through a seamless course post-Class 12th. It merges foundational commerce subjects like accounting, economics, business management, and financial principles with rigorous legal training, enabling graduates to navigate law in commercial, corporate, and economic environments. The curriculum balances theoretical knowledge with practical skills via case studies, moot courts, internships at law firms, corporate legal departments, banks, and regulatory bodies, plus projects on business law applications. This prepares students for dynamic careers in corporate law, compliance, taxation, banking, and entrepreneurship, fostering expertise in areas like company law, contracts, and commercial arbitration.

Eligibility

The students seeking admission in the 1st year of the Degree Programme leading to B.A., LL.B (Hons) shall have to pass the HSC examination (10+2) with a minimum of 50% marks. For international students, an equivalent education is preferable.
