Overview

The B.Tech in ECE-VLSI program is designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor devices, integrated circuit design, and modern chip technologies. With the rapid growth of the semiconductor industry, this program focuses on both theoretical foundations and hands-on design skills using industry-standard tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc.
Students will gain expertise in Analog and Digital VLSI design, system-on-chip (SoC) architectures, and emerging nanoelectronics technologies, preparing them for high-demand careers in the global semiconductor ecosystem.
