Sleep deprivation also increases the risk of heart diseases, obesity, diabetes, etc. Therefore, eight hours or more hours of sleep each night is necessary for adults, whereas for teenagers 9-10 hrs of sleep is enough while children need 10 or more hours of sleep.

Maintain Proper Hygiene

It is advisable to keep your surroundings clean, regularly cleaning your house and your surroundings lessen the chances of you acquiring infections and fatal diseases. Also, it is needless to say, that personal hygiene is vital to stay healthy and fit. Thus, make sure you regularly take bath and clean your hands for 15-20 secs before eating, cooking, and covering your mouth while coughing and sneezing is better to avoid any spread of the virus but do remember to wash your hands thoroughly after that.
